The TapuTapu wearable communicates with points and readers located throughout Universal's Volcano Bay. This allows us to personalize and enhance our guests experience while they are exploring the park. No personally identifiable information is stored on the TapuTapu wearable. The wearable is immediately disassociated from your guest account upon your return of the wearable at the park exit. Lost or missing wearables can be immediately placed on hold or completely disassociated by Guest Services or Concierge Hut Team Members.
