If you select YES, any promotional items you qualify for will be provided when you pick up your new Universal Rewards Plus Visa Signature^® Card or Universal Rewards Visa Signature^® Card in-person at a designated Universal Rewards booth located inside Universal Orlando Resort or CityWalk within 48 hours of your instant approval. Card and promotional items must be picked up by the applicant, valid photo ID required. If items are not picked up within 48 hours of instant approval, they can't be guaranteed and will not be shipped. All cards not picked up within 48 hours will be shipped to the address on file. Please allow for 12–14 business days for receipt.

Universal Rewards kiosks are located in Universal CityWalk at the Parking Security Hub, Universal Studios Florida in the Universal Studios Store and Universal Islands of Adventure at Island Trading Company and Universal Epic Universe at Guest Services near the portal to How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.
