Mobile Food Ordering Terms And Conditions
- At pickup/delivery, each person purchasing an alcoholic beverage must present a valid driver’s license or other valid and acceptable proof that the individual is 21 years of age or older. Acceptable forms of ID are limited to: State-issued driver’s license or ID card, active-duty or retired military ID card, Passport or Passport card.
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be removed from or between Universal CityWalk™, Universal Studios Florida™, Universal Islands of Adventure™ or Universal Volcano Bay™.
- You must tap “I’ve Arrived, Prepare My Order” in the App when you are ready to start preparation of your order. You represent that you have the right to authorize and expressly authorize the owners of Universal Orlando Resort™ or their affiliates to charge your payment method for the total payment due for the order by tapping “I’ve Arrived, Prepare My Order.”, at which time your order becomes final and non-refundable regardless of whether you pick up your order at the dining location. If you do not tap “I’ve Arrived, Prepare My Order” before park closing on the day you submit your order, your order will be automatically cancelled and your payment method will not be charged.
- Order cannot be modified after it has been submitted but may be cancelled anytime without charge until you tap the “I’ve Arrived, Prepare My Order” button.
- Universal Orlando™ does not have separate food preparation facilities in which to prepare allergen-free foods. There is occasionally the chance that allergens may have been introduced to one or more ingredients before they reached the kitchens at Universal Orlando™. Special dietary requests cannot be made through the App. You may make such requests by speaking to a Team Member at the dining location.

- Valid theme park admission is required to pick-up/receive food at venues located in Universal Studios Florida™, Universal Islands of Adventure™ and/or Universal Volcano Bay™. Theme park admission is not included with any order.
