How to Cancel Your FlexPay Pass
Confirm your Pass(es) were purchased with FlexPay.
Find your Order ID or Visual ID. Your Order ID is located on your FlexPay contract. Your Visual ID is located on your Pass Card or, if you have a Universal account, in your account where it is listed as the Ticket Number.
Submit this form at least 72 hours before the renewal date to cancel auto-renewal.
Continue using your Pass until it expires.
FlexPay agreement and Passes automatically renew after the first year on a month-to-month basis until cancelled. You may disable the autorenewal feature during the first year of your FlexPay agreement, which will take effect at the end of the 12th month. Thereafter, if you disable auto-renewal of your FlexPay agreement during a monthly renewal period, it will take effect at the end of such monthly period. Your Pass remains valid for 12 months after the date of first visit, plus any paid monthly periods.

By submitting this form, you will cancel auto-renewal on ALL Passes purchased on the same FlexPay contract. To cancel more than one FlexPay contract or if you need help with this form, please call 1-888-535-3972 (everyday between 7:30am-10pm EST)
