All-Day Locker Rentals
Guests have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. Lockers are available on a firstcome, first-served basis. Please see a park attendant or concierge for assistance. Visit locker location for pricing information.
Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure
- Large lockers measuring 12” x 13” x 16.9” are available to rent near the park entrances of Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.
- Family-size lockers measuring 12” x 16.25” x 16.9” are available at Universal Studios Florida.
Lockers can be found in the Rainforest Village, River Village and Wave Village of Universal Volcano Bay. There are three different locker sizes available: mini, regular, and family.
Universal Epic Universe
- Family-size lockers measuring 11” x 17.75” x 17.7” are available to rent near the park entrance.
- Large Lockers measuring 11” x 11.75” x 17.7” are available to rent near the park entrance.
Single-Time Use Lockers at Attractions
Single-time use lockers are available at the attractions listed below.
- Standard-sized lockers (14 in x 5.5 in x 16.9 in): for small loose articles are free while you ride.
- Larger lockers (12 in x 13 in x 16.9 in) for oversized items can be rented for an additional fee.

Universal Epic Universe
At Universal Epic Universe, standard-sized lockers (11.8 in x 11 in x 13 in) for small loose articles are free while you ride. These lockers are available in the queues of the following attractions:

- Monster’s Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment
- Stardust Racers
Caring For Little Ones
Child Swap Program
Have a little one too young to ride your favorite attraction? Take advantage of our child swap program, which allows one member of your party to wait in a designated area along with any children who are unable or unwilling to participate. Once the rest of your group is off the ride, just trade places and take your seat on the ride while those who rode previously stay with the child(ren). For more information or instructions, please ask a ride attendant upon arrival to the theme park.
Nursing Facilities
Nursing facilities are available at the following locations:
Universal Studios Florida: in the First Aid Station at Family Services, located to the right of the Lost and Found in Universal Studios Florida, at the Health Services main station, located on Canal Street in the New York area.
Universal Islands of Adventure: First Aid Station located in Guest Services to the right at the park entrance.
Universal Volcano Bay: First Aid Station located to the left at the park entrance.
Universal Epic Universe: Family Care Center located adjacent to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Ministry of Magic™. Please see the mobile app for exact locations.
Diaper-changing Stations
Diaper-changing stations are available in all restrooms.

Universal Studios Florida
A First Aid Station is located at Family Services, near the Studio Audience Center at the front of the park. The main Health Services station is located on Canal Street between the New York Street Set and the San Francisco Street Set.
Universal Islands of Adventure
First Aid Stations are located inside the Guest Services Lobby, just to the right of the main entrance turnstiles. The main Health Services station is in Sindbad's Village within The Lost Continent™.
Universal Volcano Bay
The First Aid Station is located next to the park entrance and is staffed with registered nurses and professional paramedics.
Universal Epic Universe
The First Aid Station is located adjacent to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Ministry of Magic™. Please see the mobile app for exact location. There is also a satellite facility located at Guest Services to the right of the park entrance.

Take A Break
Restroom facilities are located throughout all three parks and the Universal CityWalk entertainment complex. All restrooms have wheelchair-accessible facilities and diaper-changing stations.
Companion Restrooms
A companion restroom is available at Family Services at Universal Studios Florida. At Universal Islands of Adventure, you'll find a companion restroom at both First Aid locations. At Universal Volcano Bay, you’ll find a companion restroom at the First Aid Station and you'll find family restrooms located underneath Ohyah and Ohno Drop Slides™, and in the River Village near the entrance to Honu ika Moana™.
Snail Mail—Or Owl Post
Send a postcard and share your adventures with the world. You can conveniently purchase U.S. postage stamps from a stamp machine and deposit mail in the locker area near the exit restrooms at Universal Studios Florida. The Universal Studios Store at Universal Studios Florida and The Islands of Adventure Trading Company at Universal Islands of Adventure both sell stamps and have mailboxes located nearby. Dervish and Banges™ in Hogsmeade™ sells stamps and mails via Owl Post. Wiseacres in Diagon Alley™ sells stamps.
Trip Tip
Stash your stuff in all-day lockers located at the front of each park, or utilize the roomy family-size lockers at Universal Studios Florida.
