To purchase your 1-day Epic Universe ticket online, your Pass will need to be activated. Passes are activated after the first time you use it at a Universal Orlando theme park entrance. You’ll need to visit Universal Orlando before purchasing your Passholder 1-day Epic Universe ticket.

A: Passholders can change the date of their tickets via phone by calling (866) PASS-4-FUN or in-person at the front gate, Guest Services or Destination Universal desks as long as they have everyone's Pass information available at time of purchase.

Q: What will I need to enter Universal Epic Universe with my 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket?
A: Upon purchasing the Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket, the ticket will be automatically linked to the Annual or Seasonal Pass selected at the time of purchase. To access Universal Epic Universe on the date of your visit, you must present the Annual or Seasonal Pass that the ticket was linked to, as well as photo ID. Your 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket is valid for the date you selected at purchase – even if that date is after your Pass has expired.
Q: Can I give my 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket to someone else?
A: No, the 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket is linked to the specific Annual or Seasonal Passholder that purchased the ticket and cannot be transferred.
Q: Can I buy more than one 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket so I can visit on multiple days?
A: Yes, Passholders can purchase multiple 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket so they are able to visit the park on multiple days. Please note that each Pass will only be able to purchase one add-on ticket per date, and each purchase transaction is limited to 6 tickets to accommodate those who have other Passholders linked to their accounts.
Q: Can I buy a 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket for a date that’s after my Pass expires?
A: Yes, Passholders only have to have a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass at the time that they purchase their 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket. They will be able to select a date for visit that occurs after their pass expiration date if they choose to do so.
Q. Can I buy these tickets for friends & family?
A: Yes, Passholders can purchase tickets on behalf of other Passholders if they’d like. To purchase online, these Passes would need to be linked to your Universal Account Wallet. Or, Passholders can purchase tickets via phone by calling (866) PASS-4-FUN (7277-4-386) or in-person at the front gate, Guest Services or Destination Universal desks as long as they have everyone's Pass information available at time of purchase.
Q. Can I purchase other products besides the 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket for Passholders in the same transaction?
A: No, you will need to complete a separate transaction to purchase additional products. You can simply remove any additional products that you may have in your cart and continue your purchase with only your 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket.
