Yes, we offer Annual and Seasonal Passes for Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Volcano Bay. A Universal Epic Universe-inclusive pass is not currently available for purchase, however, Passholders can purchase a specially priced 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket. Your pass is valid from the date you purchase it but is not active until you enter one of our parks. There can be a gap between the date of purchase and the date of activation. Passes are active on the first day of use and stay active for a one (1) year period beginning and including the first day this pass is used. Passes can be used on the day they expire (blockout dates apply). Passes on FlexPay will automatically renew until the Contract Holder cancels them.
FlexPay is Universal Orlando's Flexible Payment Option. This programme allows you to purchase Annual Passes with one initial down payment and spread the remainder of your total over 11 months. After twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, your FlexPay Pass will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis at 1/12 of the then-current annual retail rate for the Pass (plus applicable taxes), which may be rounded up to the nearest dollar, until you cancel. Prices subject to change. After the first 12 months from date of first visit, your Pass will renew on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. All Annual Passes qualify for FlexPay except the non-Florida Resident Seasonal Pass.

Passholders receive up to 15% off Front Gate price of select Multi-Day theme park admission tickets (Discounts do not apply to Florida Resident Tickets. Up to 6 tickets per transaction per day; not valid for Universal Express passes or tickets with Universal Express.)
Passholders get discounts on rooms at participating Universal Orlando hotels. Check rates and availability online or call 1-866-PASS-4-FUN (7277-4-386). Passholders get additional benefits at the hotels, such as discounts on food and non-alcoholic beverages at select hotel restaurants (not valid for special events and holidays).
To show our appreciation for our Passholders, special perks will be available when visiting Universal Epic Universe through 31 December 2025 with a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass. Separate admission to Universal Epic Universe required. Additional restrictions apply.

Seasonal and Power Passes are blocked out of select theme parks during certain times of year. 3-Park Preferred Passes are blocked out of selected days for Volcano Bay only. 2-Park Preferred Passes and Premier Passholders receive a year of park-to-park admission with no blackout dates. Park-to-park is not valid at Universal Epic Universe.

Passholders do not need to make reservations to access our parks for general admission. However, for events like Passholder Nights, or special access events, we often require reservations. Premier Passholders will now need reservations for their one (1) complimentary Halloween Horror Nights event admission.
Valet discount not valid on event nights including Mardi Gras concert nights, 4 July, Halloween Horror Nights and New Year's Eve (31 December). Full price applies on event days after 7 pm. Premier and Preferred Passholders get free parking after their first visit to the park. Power Passholders receive a 50% discount on self-parking after the first visit. Seasonal Passholders do not currently receive parking discounts. This benefit is not valid for parking at any of the Universal Orlando Resort Hotels.

Since we are unable to offer a full-year of access to Volcano Bay due to the park's upcoming maintenance closure, we are currently offering a reduced retail rate for our 3-Park Annual and Seasonal Passes. Passholder renewal rates will also be reduced and/or adjusted depending on when a passholder's pass expires to account for the closure. All other benefits for the 3-Park Passes will continue as normal.
Currently, only full pay 3-Park Annual and Seasonal Passes are available and can be purchased at the Front Gate, Guest Services, Guest Contact Center and at Destination Universal. Yes, guests can upgrade their 2-Park Annual or Seasonal Pass to a 3-Park Annual or Seasonal Pass by paying the difference between the 2-park pass and the current reduced retail rate for the 3-Park pass.

Your FlexPay Contract begins on the date of purchase (when passes are valid) and your billing date will be the same day every month. For example, if the first payment is made on the 10th of the month, all subsequent payments will be charged on the 10th of each following month. Your renewal payment will be charged on the same monthly billing date.
As a Contract Holder, you may update your card on file or make past due payments and payments over the phone by calling 1-866-PASS-4-FUN (7277-4-386). You can also make payments in our parks at Guest Services or the UOAP Lounge in Universal Islands of Adventure. Contract Holders cannot make advanced monthly payments and may only pay the remaining balance that is owed.
No, Passholder do not need a Universal Orlando account to purchase Annual or Seasonal Passes.
All Passes on the same contract must be billed to the same credit card. Once your initial term of membership has been completed, you can remove individuals from your account. Passes are non-transferable and nonrefundable. The 12-month initial term of your FlexPay membership cannot be cancelled.
Paid in full Passes can be renewed within 30 days before and up to 30 days after your expiry date. Passholders will receive a 20% discount off the current price of the Pass when renewing in full.

If you do not wish to have your Pass renew automatically, you may submit a request to cancel, which must be received 72 hours prior to the monthly renewal date. If your cancellation is received prior to the cancellation deadline, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current monthly renewal period.

- Contacting Guest Services and asking for FlexPay auto renewal to be cancelled.
- Visiting the front gate of one of our parks and going to the Guest Service window to cancel FlexPay auto renewal.

Your FlexPay Contract renewal is calculated from the purchase date. Your Pass validity period is calculated from the date of first visit. If you use your Pass on the same date that you purchased it, your FlexPay Contract renewal and Pass will renew on the same date. If your date of first visit is after your Pass purchase date, your Pass expiry date will be later than your FlexPay Contract renewal date. For example:
- If you enter into the Agreement on 1 January 2025 and your first visit to Universal Orlando Resort is on 10 January 2025, your Pass will remain valid until 10 January 2026. If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged for a monthly renewal on 1 January 2026. Your Pass's validity will be automatically extended to 10 February 2026. Then, if you do not cancel, you are automatically charged for a monthly renewal on 1 February 2026, and your Pass's validity will be automatically extended to 10 March 2026, and so on.
- If you enter into the Agreement on 1 June 2025 and your first visit to Universal Orlando Resort is on 1 September 2025, your Pass will remain valid until 1 September 2026. If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged for a monthly renewal on 1 June 2026. Your Pass's validity will be automatically extended to 1 October 2026. Then, if you do not cancel, you are automatically charged for a monthly renewal on 1 July 2026, and your Pass's validity will be automatically extended to 1 November 2026, and so on.
If you cancelled by the cancellation deadline and you are within your first 12 months, your Pass will be valid until the end of the twelfth month after your first visit. After the first 12 months, for each paid monthly renewal, your Pass expiry date will be extended for another month.
If you opted out during the first 12 months of your FlexPay Contract, your contract will not auto-renew on a month-to-month basis. If you are still within the first 12 months of your FlexPay Contract, please contact the UOAP Team at 1-866-PASS-4-FUN (7277-4-386) or FlexiblePayment@universalorlando.com and request to opt-back into your monthly payments before your contract expires.
During the first year of your FlexPay Contract, you may opt out of automatic renewal of your FlexPay Contract and Pass which will be effective at the end of your initial 12-month term; however, your monthly payments will continue until the end of your initial 12-month term.
Currently, 3-Park Annual and Seasonal Passes can be renewed at a reduced annual retail rate due to the upcoming Volcano Bay maintenance closure. Full Pay 3-Park Passes are available for renewal at the Front Gate, Guest Services, Guest Contact Center, Destination Universal, the UOAP Lounge and the online renewal store. Passholders will receive their 20% Full Pay renewal discount on the reduced annual retail rate of the 3-Park Pass. 3-Park FlexPay Annual Passes will continue to auto-renew, but at a new discounted monthly renewal rate. 3-Park FlexPay Annual Passholders will receive additional information as their renewal window approaches.
