Keep Your Universal Orlando Passholder adventure going with the convenience of your current monthly payment plan. 2-Park Passholders will continue to have access to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure, while 3-Park Passholders will have access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay.

How Does Renewal Work With FlexPay?

Your Pass will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until cancelled at the current retail price, reflected below.
You won't be charged a new down payment.
Your monthly payments will be adjusted to 1/12th of the current retail Pass price plus applicable taxes.
Your contract will continue month-to-month.
Prices are subject to change.

Not Looking to Renew?

If you do not wish to have your Pass renew automatically, you may submit a request to cancel, which must be received 72 hours prior to the monthly renewal date. If your cancellation is received prior to the cancellation deadline, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current monthly renewal period.

You can cancel your FlexPay Pass by:

Accessing the online form at universalorlando.com/cancelpass and selecting cancel FlexPay auto renewal
Contacting Guest Services and asking for FlexPay auto renewal to be cancelled.
Visiting the front gate of the park and going to the Guest Service window to cancel FlexPay auto renewal.
Contacting Passholder Services at 1-866-727-7438 or via email at FlexiblePayment@universalorlando.com

Once notice of cancellation is provided to Universal Orlando Resort, please allow up to 72 hours for processing the cancellation. Monthly charges will continue until your Pass is cancelled.

Current FlexPay Monthly Renewal Rate

You won't be charged a new down payment. Your monthly payments will be adjusted to 1/12th of the current retail Pass price. Your FlexPay Pass will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at 1/12 of the current annual retail rate for the Pass (plus applicable taxes), which may be rounded up to the nearest dollar, until you cancel. Prices subject to change.

Universal Volcano Bay, which is currently scheduled to begin a maintenance closure on October 26, 2026, now has an updated planned reopening on or before April 1, 2027. Dates are subject to change; please check park hours for updates.

Our full pay 3-Park Passes are available for purchase at the Front Gate, Guest Contact Center and at Destination Universal. Our 3-Park Passes are available for renewal at the Front Gate, Guest Contact Center, Destination Universal and online renewal store. 3-Park Pass prices have been discounted due to the Volcano Bay closure.

Universal Express After 4pm

Valid Premier Annual Pass and Photo ID required for admission. Valid only after 4:00pm. Limit one (1) express ride access entry per participating attraction using the Universal Express queue. Not valid at Universal Volcano Bay or Universal Epic Universe. Excludes separately ticketed events. Universal Express ride access at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure is a separate queue with a shorter wait time at participating attractions. Available during normal theme park operating hours only. Additional restrictions may apply, and benefits are subject to change without notice.

Valet & Prime Self Parking after first visit

Valet discount not valid on Mardi Gras concert nights, 4th of July and Halloween Horror Nights event nights and New Year's Eve (31 December). Full price applies on event days after 7 pm. Valid at Universal Orlando parking garages (inclusive of Universal Epic Universe) only. Not valid for parking at any Universal Orlando Resort hotel. Subject to availability. Self-Parking after first visit

Discounted self-parking is not valid on your first visit to the theme parks. Discount is valid on regular daytime parking price only. Discounts On Select Theme Park & Special Events Tickets

A current and valid Annual or Seasonal Pass is required at time of purchase. 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket is an entitlement that must be linked to a current and valid Annual or Seasonal Pass at the time of purchase. Linked Annual Pass or Seasonal and photo ID is required for entry at the park. Limit one (1) 1-Day Universal Epic Universe ticket per day per Pass. Ticket prices and availability vary by day. Daily pricing is visible within the Web Store price calendar to see exact ticket price for your preferred day of visitation. Additional restrictions apply.
Multi Day Tickets: Discounts do not apply to Florida Resident Tickets. Up to 6 tickets per transaction per day; not valid for Universal Express passes or tickets with Universal Express.

Early Park Admission

Valid Premier or Preferred Annual Pass and Photo ID required for admission. Early Park Admission begins up to one (1) hour prior to regular scheduled park opening to: Universal Studios Florida and/or Universal Islands of Adventure for 2-Park Annual Passholders, and to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and/or Universal Volcano Bay (weather permitting) for 3-Park Annual Passholders, as determined by Universal Orlando. Valid at selected attractions at each park. Available on select dates only for Preferred Passholders; subject to change without notice. Benefit is non-transferable. Discounted Food, Merchandise & Specialty Items

Must present valid Premier or Preferred Annual Pass and Photo ID at time of purchase. Discount applies to all Universal Orlando owned and operated restaurants and carts (excluding alcoholic beverages). All dining discounts exclude alcoholic beverages, gratuity or tax. Universal Orlando Hotel Room Discounts

Must present valid Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID at check-in, one room per Pass credential. Savings valid until 23/12/2026 and vary by participating Universal Orlando Resort hotels and range from 10% to 30% off the Flexible Rate at the time of booking. Savings included in the posted rate and subject to change until the reservation is booked. The Flexible Rate is the lowest published non-discounted double-occupancy room rate offered on a given night, before tax. Rates are dynamic and vary by hotel, room type, length of stay and travel dates. Rates are higher on Friday/Saturday and public holidays. Extra person fees apply when more than two (2) adults in a room. Rates are per night plus tax and the number of rooms available are limited. Not applicable to group bookings or existing reservations; no other promotions, offers or discounts apply. Blockout dates may apply. Reservations must be booked by 22/12/2026. Separate theme park admission or valid Annual/Seasonal Pass required for theme park entry and to enjoy park benefits. Passholder Exclusive Entrance

Annual and Seasonal Passholders can enter Universal Islands of Adventure through an exclusive Passholder entrance from 8 am – 12 pm from 1 January – 31 December 2026. Must present valid Annual or Seasonal Pass with photo ID for theme park entry. Additional restrictions may apply, dates, times and benefits are subject to change without notice. Power and Seasonal Pass blockout dates apply. Passholders who are staying at a Universal Orlando hotel are eligible to utilise the Passholder Exclusive Entrance during Early Park Admission.

One Complimentary Halloween Horror Nights Ticket

Valid for one (1) complimentary event admission to Halloween Horror Nights event. Advance online reservation is required to redeem complimentary event admission. A limited number of reservations will be available on selected event nights a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Premier Passholders and are limited to one (1) reservation date only. Complimentary event admission must be used prior to Premier Pass expiry date. Reservations for a date beyond the expiry date of the Premier Pass will not be valid. This benefit is non-transferable. Premier Universal Express ride access benefit is not valid.
