Guests visiting Volcano Bay should follow directional signs across the resort to the dedicated Volcano Bay parking section. From there, guests will board the complimentary shuttle to the park's entrance.
Guests using Valet services should follow Valet directional signs across the resort.
Pre-Paid Parking

Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are available at Universal Orlando Resort with a valid disability placard or license plate, which must be properly displayed at all times. The enclosed parking garages feature moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators.

Courtesy wheelchairs are available for guests who need assistance traveling from the parking areas to the rental locations at the front of the parks or guests visiting Universal CityWalk. At Universal Epic Universe, they can be found near accessible parking, and at Universal CityWalk, they're located adjacent to the first elevator bank on the third floor.

Valet Vehicle Restrictions
The following vehicles are not accepted as part of the Universal Orlando Resort Valet Service, and should utilize regular parking:
- Motorcycles
- Bicycles and Segways
- Commercial Vehicles, Buses, Shuttles and Recreational Vehicles
- Vehicles Requiring Specialized Training
- Vehicles with Unsecured Windows, Missing Doors or Rooftops, Open Convertible Tops, Inoperable Driver’s Side Door Handles, Loose/Missing Front or Rear Bumpers, External Fuel Containers, Animals or Pests, Firearm(s), Damaged Windshields, Tinted Windows or Windshields darker than the legal limit, Specialty or Luxury Customized Controls, Illegal Substances, or Open Containers of Alcohol.
Vehicle Assistance
If you should experience car problems while visiting, battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to our guests. If further assistance is needed, raise your hood if possible, and report your vehicle's location to any parking attendant for assistance.
There are also call boxes located throughout the parking areas which can be used to contact Security.
Vehicle Re-entry
- Vehicles can leave the designated parking and return the same day (during scheduled operating hours) by presenting their parking receipt or QR code and valid photo I.D. at the parking toll plaza upon re-entry. Parking is valid all day at both Universal Epic Universe and the Universal Orlando garages serving CityWalk and the other parks. Guests visiting both locations in one day can present their same-day parking receipt or QR code and valid photo I.D. for re-entry to the other venue.
- Prime Self-Parking is subject to availability and may not be available upon re-entry.
- Guests who valet parked for less than 2 hours will need to pay the remaining balance upon re-entry.
