Helpful Details

General Information

Separate theme park admission is required for all VIP Experiences and must be valid for the same calendar day and to the same theme park(s) as the VIP Experience ticket. Note, this is not included in the price of the VIP Experience. If you have not purchased admission, we strongly recommend doing so in advance. If you have purchased park admission separately and would like your tickets waiting for you upon check-in, please send your order confirmation to viptours@universalorlando.com.

Multi-Park VIP Experiences include breakfast and lunch at a venue selected by the VIP Team. All Private VIP Experiences receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner as part of your tour. For lunch and dinner, you will have the opportunity to select one of our many participating restaurants on property, including both Full-Service and Quick-Service dining venues. Call our office (407-363-8295, Option 2), or email viptours@universalorlando.com to inform us of any dietary needs for your group.

Know Before You Go

Please arrive at the VIP Experience Lobby up to fifteen (15) minutes prior to your tour time to ensure you have enough time to check-in. Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure tours can check-in at the VIP Experience Lobby located next to the Guest Services windows at Universal Studios Florida. Universal Epic Universe VIP Experience Lobby is located inside the park to the right of the Chronos.

Our fast-paced and immersive world-class attractions are sure to provide thrills for the whole family but they may not be suitable for all Guests. Visit Guide for Rider Safety and Accessibility to review our most up-to-date guidelines and please keep in mind that certain attractions have height and safety restrictions. If you are prone to dizziness, motion-sickness, have a heart, neck, or back condition, are expecting, or have any condition which may be aggravated by extreme motion, please plan accordingly and bring this to the attention of your tour guide.

Occasionally, attractions do close for scheduled maintenance or inclement weather. Please view our park hours to review any upcoming temporary closures. If any scheduled closures impact your day, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work to accommodate your party.

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only: Each theme park has one designated smoking area. All areas outside of these locations are smoke-free. Please note that e-cigarettes and vaporizers are treated the same as tobacco and only permitted in designated smoking areas. If needed, please speak with your tour guide on the day of your tour so they may inform you of the designated locations.

On the day of your VIP Experience, you will be entitled to the following:

Valet Parking (One (1) vehicle, based on availability with advanced purchase)
Priority VIP Access to our world-class attractions
Commemorative VIP Experience credential & lanyard
Universal Express ride access for the date and park(s) of the tour (valid at conclusion of the tour during normal park operating hours)
Ten percent (10%) discount on merchandise purchases at select Universal Orlando owned & operated merchandise locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort on the date of the tour.
