Then, scan your Military Freedom Pass at the ticket turnstile when entering one of the entitled theme parks to activate the pass.

Q: Are there other guidelines or requirements?
A: Military Freedom Pass holders can purchase the Universal Epic Universe 1-Park 1-Day add-on ticket for multiple days but only one add-on ticket per date for each Military Freedom Pass. Each purchase transaction is limited to six (6) tickets.
Q: Are Military Freedom Pass holders guaranteed to be able to visit Universal Epic Universe with their add-on ticket?
A: Our goal is to manage attendance at Universal Epic Universe to ensure we are providing the best possible experience for our guests. As part of this process, ticket inventory and capacity will be controlled to allow each guest who purchases a 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket to visit on the date the guest selected. However, other restrictions apply such as:
Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort ('Universal').

A: No, the 1-Park 1-Day Universal Epic Universe add-on ticket for Military Freedom Pass holders will only be sold online at UniversalOrlando.com, at the front gate guest service locations, Destination Universal locations, and/or through the Guest Contact Center once the Military Freedom Pass has been redeemed and activated in park.

A: At this time, we do not have a date for when guests can purchase Universal Epic Universe tickets from authorized military sales outlets. More information on when tickets can be purchased at authorized military sales outlets will be provided, at a later date.
