How to Set Up and Use Universal Pay

Get the App and Sign In.

Download The Official Universal Orlando Resort App before your visit.
Create or sign in to your account.

Create Account

Set Up Your In-App Wallet.

Go to your in-app wallet.
Link a credit card to your account.
In your wallet, select "Universal Pay."
Follow the instructions to link your credit card to Universal Pay.

Scan to Pay for Items Throughout the Resort.

Go to your in-app wallet.
Select "Universal Pay" to access your QR code.
Scan at the register to pay for items.

Universal Pay cannot be used to purchase Universal Orlando Resort Gift Cards. Gift Cards may be purchased with cash, credit cards or travelers checks and online with credit cards.

Keep Track of Your Transactions.

Check your purchase history within your in-app wallet.
Select "Receipts" to see all your transactions in one spot.

Universal Pay is accepted at most merchandise and quick service food locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort.
