Seasonal Passholders are blocked out of Universal Studios Florida on all concert dates. Power Passholders are only blocked out of Universal Studios Florida until 5pm on concert dates IF a concert takes place on a blockout date. Should a concert take place on a blockout date, Power Passholders may enter Universal Studios Florida after 5pm.
