FlexPay is a simple monthly payment plan option for guests wishing to purchase any Annual Pass to Universal Orlando®

Annual Passholders using FlexPay not only have the convenience of monthly payments, but you’ll also receive all of the Passholder benefits that Universal has to offer.
When you become an Annual Passholder, you’ll get access to some of our most popular annual events, including Mardi Gras, the Summer Concert Series, and our holiday festivities which include Grinchmas™ and the Macy's Holiday Parade™. As a Preferred or Premier Annual Passholder you’ll get discounted admission to other popular events such as Halloween Horror Nights®
and Rock the Universe.
Feel like grabbing a bite to eat while you're in the parks? Souvenir caught your eye? Many Annual Passes will give you access to discounts on food and merchandise throughout both parks and at Universal CityWalk®
. All this for one low down payment followed by 11 monthly payments!
You’ll be able to visit Orlando's two most thrilling theme parks for an entire year, starting the date you first use your Annual Pass (not the date of purchase). After you enter into your FlexPay contract, your credit card will be charged approximately the same day every month. For example, if the first payment is taken on the 10th of the month, all subsequent payments will be charged approximately on 10th of the month. Your renewal payment will be charged on your normal monthly bill date.

using the FlexPay annual pass payment plan. With just a few clicks of the mouse you can purchase your Annual Pass through our online store, and avoid online processing fees when you purchase using FlexPay.
Purchasing Your Pass
Purchasing your Annual Pass through the online store is easy.
Simply create an account using our secure server, choose up to six (6) Passes to purchase, enter each Passholder’s information, agree to the terms and conditions in your FlexPay contract, and finalize your order with the credit card you want used for your monthly payments.
If you have purchased more than one, all passes on the same contract will be billed to the same credit card and the information and the billing date will remain the same throughout the term of the Pass.
Once you have your Annual Pass, congratulations! It’s all yours and no one can use it but you. It will also remain with the account holder, in your name, for at least the initial 12-month term.
Fun and Worry-Free
Concerned about a lost or stolen credit card? What happens if your card expires?
No worries! If the card you used for our FlexPay monthly payment plan is lost, stolen or expired, simply call us at 1-888-5-FLEXPAY
, and we will gladly update your account with your new credit card information or accept a payment. You may also visit Guest Services at the theme parks and update your credit card information in person.
For the convenience of our Annual Passholders, Universal Orlando does not assess any finance charges when using the FlexPay Annual Pass payment plan, nor is the price altered or changed if you choose to purchase your pass outright.
The Thrills Don't Stop
To ensure you continue to enjoy the benefits of being an Annual Passholder year after year, your FlexPay Annual Pass will automatically renew at the end of the 12 month billing period.
After the initial 12-month term, monthly payments are subject to change. You must submit written notification 30 days prior to the end of your contract in order to cancel the automatic renewal. If you do not, we will continue your membership by charging the card you provided on a month to month basis.

for more information. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your Annual Pass FlexPay contract during the initial 12-month term of membership. Any member action that results in cancellation during this first 12-month period will result in full payment of each Annual Pass purchased.
