What is FlexPay SM ?
FlexPay is Universal Orlando’s Flexible Payment Option. This program allows you to purchase Annual Passes with one initial down payment and spread the remainder of your total over 11 months. (Online processing fees do not apply to Annual Passes purchased using the FlexPay program.)
Can I order my Universal Orlando® Annual Pass using FlexPay online? If so, what is the process?
Yes, you can order your Universal Orlando®
Annual Pass using FlexPay through our online store. To order online follow these easy steps:
1. Choose how many passes you would like to purchase. (limit 6)
2. Select any add-ons you would like to add to your cart. (optional)
3. Register Passholder information for each pass.
4. Select your desired delivery method.
5. Agree to the terms and conditions in your FlexPay contract.
6. Order with the credit card you want used for monthly payments.
When does my year start? When will I be charged?
Your annual pass will begin with the date of first use not the date of purchase.
After you enter into your FlexPay contract, your credit card will be charged approximately the same day every month. For example, if the first payment is taken on the 10th of the month, all subsequent payments will be charged approximately on 10th of the month. Your renewal payment will be charged on your normal monthly bill date.
What do I do if the credit card I use for FlexPay is lost or stolen, or I want to change the credit card used for payment? Or what do I do if the credit card I use for FlexPay is going to expire? Or I have received a notice in the mail that my passes are temporarily blocked.
Call us at 1-888-5-FLEXPAY and we can update your account with your new credit card information or to take a payment. You may also visit Guest Services at the park and update your credit card information in person.
Can I change the credit card information for only one pass on my contract?
No all passes on the same contract must be billed to the same credit card.
Can I change or postpone my bill date?
No, unfortunately payments can not be postponed. The bill date for your contract can not be changed.
Are there any finance charges for participation in the FlexPay program?
Universal Orlando does not charge any finance charges, and the price of the Annual Pass is the same if you purchase it outright or participate in Universal's FlexPay program.
What happens at the end of my 12 month term?
Flexible Payment Annual Passes automatically renew at the end of the 12 month billing period. After the initial 12 month term, monthly payments are subject to change because you won’t be charged a down payment when you renew.
In order to cancel the automatic renewal you must submit written notification 30 days prior to the end of your contract. If you do not, we will continue your membership by charging the card you provided on a month to month basis.

Can I cancel my FlexPay account before my one year membership ends?
No. The 12-month initial term of membership cannot be canceled. Member actions that result in cancellation prior to completion of initial membership agreement will require payment in full of each annual pass purchased.
What if I want to remove someone from my FlexPay Account? Can I transfer an annual pass to another person?
You will not be able to remove individuals from your account until your initial term of membership has been completed. Annual Passes are non-transferable.
