- What is the best ticket for me?
If you are from outside the state of Florida, or have never been to Universal Orlando® Resort before, then the 2 Park Unlimited Admission Ticket is the best ticket for you. This ticket allows you seven (7) consecutive days of admission, including first day of use, to Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure, plus Universal CityWalk. This gives you and your family time to experience both theme parks at your convenience.
- Why should I buy my tickets online?
Purchasing your tickets online, here at www.universalorlando.com, is the best way to prepare for your visit to the Orlando area. Here are just two reasons why:
- When you buy online, you can save time & money when compared to buying at the front gate.
- Buying in advance allows you to better plan your trip to the Orlando area.
- What is Universal Express Plus, and how can I get it?
Universal Express Plus is a way for you to enjoy all the attractions & shows, at either theme park, without having to stand in the regular line, completely at your convenience. Simply go to each attraction whenever you wish throughout your day at the park and bypass the regular lines once at each participating attraction.

- What is the difference between the Preferred Annual Pass and the Power Pass?
The Power Pass offers you admission to both Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure for a full 12 months, with certain days blacked out due to holidays, events, etc. The Preferred Annual Pass offers you admission to both parks for 365 days. In addition, the Preferred Pass also provides discounts on such things as food and merchandise, as well as free parking.

- What discounts do I get with a Preferred Annual Pass?
The Preferred Annual Pass offers you discounts on tickets, food, merchandise, and more, as well as free parking. For a complete listing of all the available discounts, or for more information, visit the Annual Pass section of this site.
- What is Electronic Pickup?
Electronic Pickup is a way to collect your tickets upon arrival to the front gate of either Universal Studios Florida OR Islands of Adventure. In front of both parks - near the ticket sales booths - are a number of electronic ticketing machines. These machines, which look similar to ATMs, can be used to pick up certain theme park tickets purchased online, such as the 2 Day/2 Park Ticket and the 1 Day/1 Park ticket.

- When will my tickets be ready for pick up at the Electronic Ticketing Machines?
Once you purchase your tickets online you will be able to pick them up at any of the electronic ticketing machines in front of both Universal Studios Florida & Islands of Adventure immediately after you have purchased your tickets and received your email confirmation.
- How long will my tickets be available for pick up at the Electronic Ticketing Machines?
Once you purchase your tickets online they will be available for pickup from any electronic ticketing machine immediately after you complete your purchase, and will remain available until they are picked up. This means that whether you decide to pick up your tickets the next day, the next month, or the next year after you complete your purchase, your order will be securely stored in the system until you arrive to collect the tickets you purchased.
- If I am buying tickets for someone else, can they use Electronic Pickup to collect the tickets?
The Electronic Ticketing Machines used to collect your tickets require that you bring the credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. If this credit card will not be available at the time of pickup, it may be better to have the tickets delivered using one of the other Delivery Options.
- Do you have any special offers available at this time?

- Do you offer any special tickets or discounts for Florida Residents?

- Do you offer special discounts for members of the United States Military or their families?
We apologize, but at this time Universal Orlando is not offering an online discount on tickets for members of the military. Please check back, or call 1-877-801-9720 between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Sunday for more information about possible specials or discounts that are sometimes available.
