Print @ Home

Print@Home delivery is the fastest way to receive your ticket purchase. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Select ticket products that are eligible for Print@Home delivery and complete your purchase.
  2. Ensure you have access to a printer and Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you need Adobe Reader or if you experience problems viewing or printing your tickets with an older version of Reader, please download the latest version FREE from www.adobe.com.
  3. When your purchase confirmation email arrives, your tickets will be attached to the message.
  4. Print your paper tickets.
  5. Take your paper tickets directly to the gate turnstiles and enter the park.

NOTE: Access to a printer and Adobe Reader version 4.0 or higher is required.

Electronic

Electronic Ticketing Pickup is a fast and secure way to collect your online ticket purchase, no matter how long ago you purchased them. Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Look for one of the electronic ticketing machines (electronic kiosks) located at the front gate of both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
  2. Swipe the credit card you used when making your online ticket purchase through the machine. (NOTE: This is for verification purposes only. Your card will not be charged again.)
  3. Enter the confirmation code you were provided at the end of your online purchase or in your email receipt.
  4. Watch your tickets dispense in seconds.

NOTE: You must bring the credit card you used to make the original purchase or you will not be able to collect your tickets.

*Tickets will be available until collected.

Domestic Shipping

Using Federal Express, your tickets will be mailed to you for receipt within three (3) to five (5) business days. This method is only valid for street addresses within United States (valid for all 50 states).

A signature WILL NOT be required at time of delivery.

NOTE: Tickets can only be mailed to valid street addresses within the 50 states (does not include Puerto Rico ). No PO boxes .

International Shipping

Using Federal Express, your tickets will be mailed to you for receipt within six (6) to ten (10) business days. This method is only valid for street addresses.
