The second restaurant by Emeril Lagasse at Universal Orlando, is called Emeril's Tchoup Chop (pronounced chop-chop).
The name is meant to offer a hint of New Orleans' famous Tchoupitoulas Street, where Emeril's parent restaurant is located, and the word chop a bold culinary term.
The pilot of his own island-hopper airline, Jake also runs this friendly bar that's the perfect place to meet for drinks and lively conversation after your day's adventures.
Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar
Located on the lobby level overlooking the pool area, Orchid Court Lounge is furnished with hand-carved furniture from Bali and adorned with beautiful orchids. Our elegant lobby lounge serves a continental breakfast and coffee every morning. Enjoy food and cocktails in the afternoon and evening, along with great views of the Orchid Court.
Bula means "welcome" in Fijian, and you will love this casual poolside eatery, featuring tropical drinks, sandwiches, and our new Loews American Classic items.
Our Bula Ice Cream Shop is back open for the season! Enjoy sundaes, cones, frozen yogurt, sorbet, ice cream sandwiches, crunch bars and Dibs or try the "Clipper," Captain Jake’s favorite sundae. If it’s caffeine you crave, we are now serving Starbucks regular, decaf and iced coffee. Stop by our hut on the pool deck.
