Latin Quarter’s skilled chefs utilize a new world approach to traditional old world Latin dishes to create 'nuevo latino' cuisine. Enjoy appetizers, seafood, meats, salads and desserts influenced by the cuisines of Central and South America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Sample such menu items as Empanadas, Guacamole made tableside, Chilean Salmon Ensalada, Churrasco Skirt Steak, Marinated Roasted Pork Loin, Caribbean Crusted Mahi Mahi, Paella, Fajitas, and desserts including Cheese Flan, Mango Cheesecake and Tres Leches.
At the Churrascaria, you’ll enjoy a variety of exquisite meats—including filet mignon, chicken, pork ribs, lamb, the house specialty Picanha (top sirloin), and more. This decadent buffet also includes a gourmet salad bar filled with American favorites and authentic Brazilian side dishes.
