Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Purchase or use of a Universal Orlando Resort Gift Card (a 'Gift Card') constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

-A Gift Card is not valid for use until purchased and activated, and monetary value is added.

-A Gift Card may be used to purchase select goods and services at participating locations throughout Universal Orlando Resort.

-No expiration dates or additional fees apply to a Gift Card.

-A Gift Card cannot be used to make purchases online at www.universalorlando.com.

-A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Universal Dollars or other Gift Cards.

-A Gift Card may not be resold and may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or promotional activities without the express written approval of Universal Orlando.

-Unless required by law, a Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

-Universal Orlando is not responsible for unauthorized use of a Gift Card.

-For your security, we must ship to the same address as your credit card billing address.

-For balance inquiry, call 1-888-322-1565.

-Universal Orlando reserves the right to change, revise or alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
