Winter is a great time to visit Universal Orlando® Resort you'll enjoy taking off your heavy overcoats and basking in the sunshine and moderate temperatures of Florida.

January through March is generally the time of year when the theme parks are least crowded so you'll enjoy great weather PLUS short lines at all the attractions. Plus, in February the annual Mardi Gras festivities begin at Universal Studios, so you can combine all the music and fun of this great event with an unforgettable vacation away from the icy chill of winter.

Join the monthly rock n' roll cocktail party at Hard Rock Hotel's Velvet Sessions held the last Thursday of the month.

Each "session" combines creative cocktails with live music from some of the hottest rock bands.

Admission: $25 and includes FREE drinks, hors de oeuvres, and warm up tunes from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Cash bar and rock music from 8:30 pm on.
